Natixis acted as sole rating Advisor, sole Placement Agent and sole Bookrunner for the refinancing of a 370 km transmission line in Peru. The US$ 175m 29-year refinancing was fully underwritten by Natixis and structured as a combination of a fixed/rate loan tranche and a US private placement. The transaction was rated investment grade by S&P. The Issuer is fully owned by Bow Power, a joint venture between ACS, a leading global engineering company, and GIP (Global Infrastructure Partners), a major infrastructure fund. The project benefits from a concession agreement that ensures stable availability payments for 30 years.
