The US$ 175m 29-year refinancing was fully underwritten by Natixis and structured as a combination of a fixed/rate loan tranche and a US private placement. The transaction was rated investment grade by S&P. The Issuer is fully owned by Bow Power, a joint venture between ACS, a leading global engineering company, and GIP (Global Infrastructure Partners), a major infrastructure fund.
